We enjoy chemistry and our students also

We are engaged in research and teaching chemistry, ranging from bioengineering, nanomaterials, and materials research to chemistry education. We enjoy solving practical problems and collaborating with industry. We popularize chemistry. More about  o Department of chemistry FED TUL.

Josef Pošmourný | project engineer | Knorr-Bremse

Studying nanomaterials provided me with a solid foundation in the natural sciences, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to delve into complex issues, understand them, and solve related problems. I developed strong language skills through teaching in a foreign language, working with foreign-language literature, and participating in a study abroad program. Gaining long-term practical experience during my studies was an advantage in the job market.
